Ran home from work with bulky rucsac, dropped it off and continued. Felt like I'd lost pounds of weight, was free and running without abandon. 2 mile stretch with that thing and then a 4 mile stretch without. The shorter seemed longer.
I'm a runner who will suffer this year to train for the 2009 London Marathon after a history of 10k's and Half's. While liking the idea of progressive difficulties encountered cumulatively for the culmination of a set goal, It weirdly appeals to document these challenges via a web-based diary. I want to publish the progression, times and utter achievement of running. I live in South Bristol with my lovely girlfriend and our 2 cats and a recently added kitten called Phil.
